Icinga for Windows

In this workshop, attendees will get a hands-on introduction to Icinga for Windows, the modern PowerShell-based monitoring solution for Windows environments. Over the course of a day, you will learn how to install and automatically roll out Icinga for Windows, how to troubleshoot common issues, how to build your own repository to distribute packages on your own terms, and how to write a first custom plugin module. By the end, you will have a working setup and the confidence to monitor your Windows estate in a scriptable, repeatable way. If you are tired of clicking through legacy monitoring agents, this workshop is for you. Interactive exercises and time for questions and experimentation will give you hands-on experience with Icinga for Windows, so you can decide if it is the right monitoring foundation for you and your organization.

Requirements for workshop participation:
Attendees are expected to have a working knowledge of Windows administration and be comfortable with PowerShell. Basic familiarity with monitoring concepts is a plus.
